This is a story about love, which collides with acceptance and self-knowledge. What does time tell us? Two young people made a promise of love. What started as a joke, intensified. However, the encounter to which they had faithfully committed for a long time, became a faint memory. This woman, while waiting, questions the past, her choices and decisions, which allows her to discover the power of time.

The death of a loved one reminds us of how ephemeral life is. Who has never heard at a funeral the expression “We we have to meet under other circumstances?” Happy circumstances, of course!

In 1965, a modernist building was built in the city of Vila Real, Portugal, by architect Nadir Afonso. Many memories are made of a bakery that once produced 80,000 loaves of bread a day. The authorities turned their backs on Panreal, contrary to countless stubborn citizens. The condemnation and the controversy went hand in hand.

This documentary film unfolds in a rich narrative that captures the essence of nearly six decades of Maestro José Luís Borges Coelho's dedication to music and the community. Borges Coelho, the "sculptor of voices," not only musically trained several generations of singers, but also shaped their lives with wisdom, rigor, and affection. A relationship that is deeply observed in the film, not only as a Maestro of excellence, but also as a mentor who enriched lives with culture and joy.
