Biography
Laila Hirvisaari (known as Laila Hietamies until 2004) was a Finnish author and writer. Hirvisaari published her first novel in 1972, and published a total of 41 novels, several plays, short stories and other publications during her career. Her works have been the best-selling Finnish fiction books for many years.
