Biography
Wolfgang (real name Barry Young) is a Scottish professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), performing on their NXT UK brand. He was born on August 22, 1986 in Glasgow, Scotland. Before becoming a wrestler, Young worked as a roofer and played rugby. He began his wrestling career in 2003, training under Scottish wrestler Mikey Whiplash. Young competed on the Scottish independent wrestling circuit under the ring name Seb Strife, before adopting the ring name Wolfgang in 2012. Wolfgang gained national recognition when he appeared on the first season of the WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament in 2017. He advanced to the quarterfinals before being defeated by Trent Seven. Later that year, Wolfgang signed with WWE and became a regular on their NXT UK brand. Throughout his career, Wolfgang has held several championships. He is a one-time Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) World Heavyweight Champion, a two-time ICW Tag Team Champion, and a one-time Scottish Wrestling Alliance (SWA) Laird of the Ring Champion. He also held the WWE NXT UK Tag Team Championship twice with his partner Mark Coffey as part of the stable Gallus.

The 2023 NXT Stand & Deliver was the third annual Stand & Deliver professional wrestling livestreaming event produced by WWE. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT brand division. The event took place on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California as part of WrestleMania Weekend, being held the same day as WrestleMania 39 Night 1 with a special start time of 1 p.m. Eastern Time 10 a.m. Pacific Time. WWE wrestlers Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) served as the hosts of the event.

The 2024 NXT Battleground (marketed as NXT Battleground: Las Vegas), was a professional wrestling event produced by WWE. It was the second annual Battleground held for the promotion's developmental brand NXT, and the seventh Battleground overall. In partnership with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), WWE's sister company under TKO Group Holdings, the event took place on June 9, 2024, at the UFC Apex in the Las Vegas suburb of Enterprise, Nevada. It was WWE's first event held at the venue and aired via the company's live-streaming platforms. Rapper Sexyy Red hosted the event.

It will be held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT brand division. Unlike the previous three years, which aired as television specials, the 2023 event will air as a livestreaming event, marking the first Great American Bash to air on both Peacock and the WWE Network. The event will take place on July 30, 2023, at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park in Cedar Park, Texas.
