The two main characters are: Filemon, a little white kitten, young and naïve; and Bonifacy, an old, serious black tomcat. Other characters are: the Grandmother, the Grandfather, the Puppy, a fox, mice, 'monsters from the attic', and other creatures. The cartoon is rich in elements of Polish folk legends and traditions.

Little kitty Filemon discovers a world that amazes him. His first Easter is ahead of him, and with it new experiences and surprises.

Once upon a time, there wa a kitty named Gatsby. There was a second kitty named D. Gatsby was young, handsome, and everyone loved him. D was jealous of Gatsby... and hated how everyone fawned over cute little Gatsby. So one day, D tricked Gatsby and put him into a FedEx box that was post marked for Paris, France. This movie follows the tail of young Gatsby trying to make it out of the "City of Lights" as a young kitten in a big cat's world.

The entire ground is covered with paving stones. The paver continues to work until he reaches the edge of the forest. The trees fall one after the other. When he stands before the last tree, he experiences an epiphany and begins to retreat.

The story of the letter, addressed to Jaś Kowalski, inhabited in Warsaw at 2 Bajkowa Street, is told in photographs and animated scenes.
