Nicholas James Murphy (who goes by the stage name Chet Faker) is an Australian singer, songwriter, and producer known for his blend of soulful vocals and electronic production. He rose to fame in 2011 with a haunting downtempo cover of Blackstreet's "No Diggity" and the stage name is a tribute to the legendary jazz musician Chet Baker.
