Takeshi Hongo is a promising young man with a passion for motorcycle racing. Rikka Isurugi (Chihiro Yamamoto), head of the Fox Clan, is investigating the "White Lotus," a mysterious cult suspected of plotting a rebellion against the Shogunate.
