When his daughter disappears, Stamen, a retired factory worker from a small industrial town in Serbia must fight a flawed social system to gain custody of his granddaughter, who suffers from a rare condition called “Cat’s Cry Syndrome”.
It follows Marija an ice skater who lives with her father. When her father's girlfriend moves in, Marija realizes that she cannot trust her. The love of a young businessman will give her the strength to accept herself and her sexuality.
A group of children are harassed by a local bully. In order to stop him, they seek help of a retired boxer.
