During World War II, a brave, patriotic American Soldier undergoes experiments to become a new supersoldier, "Captain America". Racing to Germany to sabotage the rockets of Nazi baddie "Red Skull", Captain America winds up frozen until the 1990s. He reawakens to find that the Red Skull has changed identities and is now planning to kidnap the President of the United States.

In Norway a military plane crashes under mysterious circumstances: in his last message the pilot reported many lights falling from the sky. NATO wants to play down the incident, but the famous TV moderator George Abbot and the no less persistent journalist Milker sense a sensational story about UFOs and start snooping around in the area with help of pilot "Bird" McNamara. Inspired by the suspiciously rigorous isolation of the whole area around the crash point and cases of an unknown disease they have a closer look at the military's activities...

Tena, a young Slavonian woman becomes aware of her own beauty which makes her fall into a state of moral decay. Her newly discovered promiscuity eventually makes her fellow villagers turn on her.

The subject is the contrast between old and new Split. Journalist Duje lives in a new apartment in a large green skyscraper, but his heart is drawn to his childhood, where he meets old neighbors and for a short time experiences their sorrows and joys, witnesses their quarrels and misunderstandings, but also moments of togetherness and solidarity. Most of the action takes place in the common yard where the neighbors meet at every opportunity. The sudden illness of old Domina brings excitement into their lives and creates unusual complications that will bring changes to the peaceful everyday life of these good-natured people.

The last play that Miroslav Krleza ever wrote. Especially interesting is the directorial concept, which sets the play in the space of the old Dubrovnik fortress, and used the audience as semi-active participants in the event. Two acting ensembles played for different audience with a short time lag.
