Professor Hermes conducts a research on fear, for which he passes contract with a patient to live a supposedly empty mansion. He's counting on his assistant Chico Mota to play a phantom, but soon comes about that there are phantoms (plural) in there.
A sentimental comedy about... toothpicks. The hero manufactures and exchanges toothpicks for countless goods because he ignores the value of money. "The Millionaire" is his nickname. He runs around the city, happy, meeting friends: Carlitos, the newsboy, and Celeste, the lemon seller. His innocent life contrasts with the city, full of traps and dangers.
Costa is travelling from Africa to London, and wishes very much to his nephew Amadeu, and see by himself how well he has been invested large sums of money he is been sending him. Amadeu 'borrows' for 24 hours a wife, a villa, a car, and a servant - for he has been lies to his uncle all the time. All goes well. But, Costa decides to prolong his stay for two weeks...

Typical example of discovery and tourism documentary, with strong propaganda accents. This is the good life for the settlers of Beira, in the centre of Mozambique. The city is modern and developing. Leisure activities ‘like in Europe’ are beach, golf, aviation, dancing. In this “Portuguese city of the future”, the director managed to show only a few Mozambicans running through the image.
Regarding the whereabouts of known materials, only the image band remains. Presence in Luanda and other cities in Angola of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica football team, during a tour through Africa.
João Eduardo, a young inexperienced doctor, takes up work in a village. The initial skepticism from the community gives place to esteem for the new physician after some well succeeded cases.
