The film revolves around a mysterious girl named Éclair who appears before Fairy Tail, the world's most notorious wizard's guild. She lost all of her memories, except for the imperative that she must deliver two Phoenix Stones somewhere. The stones may spell the collapse of the magical world, and Natsu, Lucy, and the rest of the Fairy Tail guild are caught up in the intrigue.
Based on the work of Lafcadio Hearn (Koizumi Yakumo), a resident of Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, who left a significant mark on Japanese ghost story literature, this animated series utilizes AI production techniques. The original characters were created in-house, and the same script was produced using two different approaches: an "anime-look version" created in a standard 2D animation style, and a "live-action-look version" that emphasizes the horror of the ghost story with photorealistic AI rendering. Offshore, shrouded in fog, there is a mysterious island that is said to be the home of a family of monsters. It is strictly forbidden to approach it. But one day a human child, Mushroom, it loses and coming face to face with the mysterious creatures that live there. The arrival of Mushroom, makes panic on the island because the monsters are actually terrified of living humans.
The story is a comedy about Lucius, an architect of public bath houses in ancient Rome, who time-travels to various modern-day baths in Japan. The author explores the two cultures in the world "that have loved baths the most: the Japanese and the Romans."

The story starts out with Kiyohiko "Piyohiko" Saketome trying to take a band audition. In his way he sees a strange man named Jaguar carrying a big case, which turns out to be holding only a small recorder. Piyohiko tries not to get distracted by him but fails, because when Jaguar plays his recorder, the most beautiful, passionate guitar-like sound comes out of it. After that, Piyohiko gets accepted at a record company and finds out that he is now dorm roommates with Jaguar. Jaguar becomes a teacher and sets up a recorder class at their music school, and Piyohiko ends up in that class instead of the guitar class he wanted.
Returning from vacation, the members of Eagle Talon discover their secret lair destroyed. The only clue may lie with the missing Professor Leonardo.

Eagle Talon is a Japanese Flash animation created by former Shimane Prefecture resident Ryo Ono and produced by DLE. The series turns the classic superhero formula on its head, making the ostensibly “evil” team of villains the protagonists of the story, and the traditional superhero of the series, Deluxe Fighter, a narcissistic and largely incapable bully.

Escape Gogogo. Eventually, they find a man who will be the legendary savior at the secret base of the Eagle Talon.
