This two-partfilm was made in connection with the visit of Soviet collective farmers to agricultural cooperative in Mělnické Vtelno. They come to share with local people the experiences they have gained in cultivating crops and raising livestock. Among others, the visitors include Praskovya Andreyevna Malininova, who demonstrates a three-stage udder massage for increasing milk yields in cows.
This educational film shows how to achieve the highest possible yields in raising cattle and cultivating crops using the Kačice agricultural cooperative as an example. Following the lead of the Soviet Union, the Kačice collective farmers decide to operate in working groups and to evaluate their work using work actual units of labour, thereby becoming a role model for other cooperatives.
During his work assignment in Tamani Kingdom, Czech worker Lojza saves a local man from dying in the desert. Two years later, it turns out the saved man was also the Taman king; and he has decided to name Lojza, a communist, his royal heir.
Even if a person grumbles about difficulties, he should realize that he will find a place where he did not want to go at all. Such an exemplary realization is also reached by a budding doctor who was assigned a remote border village as his first posting - his fiancé did not want to go to such a backwater at all. But the example of the local doctor, who is about to retire, convinces him that a good doctor is needed everywhere.
