Toxikoma

Sanyi (Szabolcs Thuróczy) is a puppeteer and an alcoholic. Pali (Tamás Polgár) is an elevator mechanic and an alcoholic. Together they search for their friend Tomi, who has already missed several AA meetings. They try to stay sober, which is not easy in a country where drinking is widely accepted as a daily practice. Sanyi's wife and daughter left him five years ago because of his addiction, and since then he has started a new life and stopped drinking, while Pali only needs a little push to drink again. Tomi probably doesn't even need that much. The two friends race against time on the streets of Budapest to find and rescue Tomi.
But what about Tomi?

In 1951 Communist-era Budapest, the secret police knock on the door of an ordinary family. Instead of arresting them, they decide to move in and hold the family captive in their own home, along with anyone who comes to visit them.
Captives
A psychologist and a painter interpret the works of young autistic people at an exhibition opening. Their conversation seems to target the abstract paintings, however, their real topic is the elusive and constantly changing dynamics of their relationship. While they walk through the gallery, it becomes clear, that they have as many difficulties talking about their feelings, as the artists themselves.

The story takes place in the early 1900s, between the characters of a middle-class love triangle. Cecile, the beautiful bride, rushes to her fiance and instantly falls in love with an unknown man on the street, who soon turns out to be Sándor, her much-talked-about boyfriend and witness. According to the moral standards of the time, nothing can come of this love, since Sándor is an unbridled knight, whose perception excludes any relationship between Cecile and him. Although Sándor continues to visit the couple often, he also spends a lot of time abroad due to his raging emotions. Returning home from one of her trips, succumbing to rumours, Cecile feels that she is cheating on her husband. As befits a good friend, he enlightens Pál and confronts Cecile, the deceitful woman. But this is only the beginning of this story, which is full of twists and misunderstandings.
