Bonzo steals a pot of paint and turns his hand to being an artist. The Royal Academy exhibits one of his works but throws him out when he paints some harem trousers on a nude statue.

After a heavy meal, Bonzo falls asleep and has a nightmare in which he is pursued by large cats and thrust into a sausage machine.

Bonzo is frustrated in his attempt to eat the maid's sausages so he contents himself with drinking the cat's milk.

Bonzo falls for Cheekee, another dog who gets him into trouble repeatedly. She also sees another dog and he and Bonzo fight, ending as friends when she is seen out with a third.
