University student Hagoromo likes to tend to her studies, but it is not easy. She lives at a love hotel operated by her father. She lives with her older brother who is a detective and always asks her for help. It is not just that he is not good at his job. It is also that Hagoromo can travel in time. She has the ability to travel back in time and find out what happened when a crime occurs. As such, she is an arm of the detective agency.

The director of a theatre company is in crisis and his actors have lost confidence in him. One day he meets a woman wearing the same shoes as him, immediately sparking chemistry between the two.

Kiyotaka Sato (Shuhei Nomura) is a university student. He is sociable, but he looks like he doesn't have interest in those around him. During his summer vacation, Kiyotaka Sato plans to get his driver's license to impress schoolmate Matsuda (Yukino Kishii). At this time, a yakuza boss (Ken Mitsuishi) orders Todoroki (Kento Kaku) to get his driver’s license. Todoroki doesn't show his feelings outwardly. Later, Todoroki drives a car without a driver’s license and he hits Kiyotaka Sato. To cover up the accident, Kiyotaka Sato is placed in a car and taken to away. He arrives at an unofficial driving school. The driving school is run by the Uehara family. There, Kiyotaka Sato and Todoroki learn that they graduated from the same high school. They spend their summer at the driving school.

Everyday, they perform manzai to a regular audience in a corner of a small theater. One day, Hitomi and Akako catch a middle school student trying to steal Hitomi’s bicycle. Since then, their fate as a female comedy duo begins to change.

Three young men live and work in a nearly-deserted Japanese city. The three wander the streets, ruminating on the pointlessness of life in the modern age, never quite living up to the deeds of a fallen friend, until one of them goes too far and permanently fractures their relationship.

Madoka meets her husband's parents, who run a 450-year-old hand fan shop in the center of Kyoto. Together with her artist friend Anzai, they start an essay manga about the traditional shops in the area. On Madoka's first day minding the store alone, she ends up giving an interview to a TV crew and angering quite a lot of people by being a bit too candid. While Madoka is enamored by Kyoto, she has quite a lot to learn about the unsaid rules and the passive-aggressiveness of the local proprietresses.
