Biography
Richard Hunter is a London based filmmaker who loves to blend his dark humour with unsettling moments, creating scenes that reflect the human condition right back to the audience. He gained recognition for his short films "Evil's Evil Cousin" (2015), "Skeletons" (2019), "Lovely Creature" (2022) - and then went on to receive wider acclaim for his debut feature film "FOUL EVIL DEEDS" (2024) which premiered in competition at the 2024 Locarno Film Festival. Hunter's latest film "Thanks To Meet You!" (2025) is having its world premiere at the 50th Toronto International Film Festival.
