Santo and Mantequilla Nápoles team up to end the curse of La Llorona by getting ahold of a special medallion. Unfortunately, La Llorona escapes in the process.

Federico announces that his dream is to become a great singer; his father does not take it well and gradually distances himself from him. Federico is forced to leave his beautiful home after being accused of theft.

Dreamer father wants son to become a bullfighter, and daughter to become a singer, so they become instant millionares, although their talent is not apparently there.

Mario marries Blanca, the queen of operetta, but after their daughter is born, they separate and she leaves on a world tour to continue her artistic career. Meanwhile, he stays behind and waits with the baby until they reunite again.

In Guanajuato, a piano teacher delays her marriage to an engineer not to let her younger sisters alone. As he is love with her voice, he is mistaken for a sister whom he marries. The teacher then goes to the capital. There she becomes part of a family of young students, who believe she is the mistress of his father, so she suffers the scorn and reproach. Over the years the parents die and she renounces to the inheritance they leave her.

When a robbery goes wrong, the thief takes a singer as hostage, they fall in love and try to rebuild their lives, but tragedy surges in the most unexpected way.

The film is based on real events, from a case investigated by Detective Valente Quintana.
