During the war in 1971, Meher falls in love with a soldier from the enemy side. When her love is discovered, she is shamed and silenced by her family and society. Today 38 years after the war, Meher has a visitor she cannot turn down.

Emil came to Dhaka from Khulna to receive the prize of essay competition titled 'Don't Capture Free Birds'. On the way back, he lost 500 taka on the train. The money was given by his mother to his grandmother. Then the rescue operation started. He finds a group of local children in Dhaka as his companions.

After being hit by a car, a young man loses his memory and is taken into the car owner’s home after he is found holding the owner’s visiting card, but while the family tries to help him recover, the owner’s only daughter becomes unhappy with his sudden presence in their lives.

The film is based on the timeline from 1966 to 1970 when Bengalis began fighting for independence. “Rupali Shaikate” is a rest house near the beaches of Cox Bazar.

Jamila lives with her son and mother-in-law in a village. Her husband Hashem works in town. When the war broke out, he leaves town and comes to village. He unites the villagers to protest the Pak military. On the other hand, with the help of Kader Ali Pakistani Mejor Sarfaraj takes away Jamila to the camp. She and other women were victimized by Pakistani Army. By the time, they get united and protest the army.

Due to the conspiracy of the political counterpart, a student politician Asad gets killed in a mob. His political counterpart Mahmud and Sharafat get the benefit of this. Sharafat is betrayed by Mahmud and gets arrested. After getting released from jail, Sharafat runs a newspaper and publishes evil influence of Mahmud in student politics. He also supports an elected vice president of a college Anik to uncover the truth about Mahmud that creates uproar in the college campus and ends with several deaths.
