Mula lives with her husband, sick mother and daughter Nina in a countryside house. At the weekend before Nina’s First Holy Communion, her brother with his family come for a visit together with Kaja – Mula’s younger sister, who disappeared suddenly 6 years earlier. Kaja is Nina’s biological mother. Mula is afraid that unstable Kaja might want to take her daughter away.

Inspired by real events, the story of a young mother of an autistic boy, whose long-term persistence and struggle with bureaucracy and human heartlessness led to significant changes in the Polish education system.

Olka is seventeen years old. For years, she had been looking for her mother. Her constant escapes from the orphanage landed her in a reformatory. She only wants her mother back.

An eclectic mix of students wake up on a cold bus, knowing only they are about to start an internship at a remote hotel. They understood it would be difficult, but little did they know just how hard it would be.
