Dawn McGee (born in Dumont, New Jersey) is an American actress. She is known for her role as a parent in Are We There Yet? and Mary-Ann Quinn in the 2013 video game Grand Theft Auto V. She also appeared in TV shows like House of Cards and The Tick.

Raymond "Red" Reddington, one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, surrenders in person at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He claims that he and the FBI have the same interests: bringing down dangerous criminals and terrorists.
