These are the stories of relationships taking place in the fictional five-star hotel Fürstenhof, located in Feldkirchen-Westerham near Rosenheim with the plot revolving around members of the family room area, the hotel owners, and employees.

Georg Wilsberg is an antiquarian in Münster. He used to be a lawyer but lost his license. Since then he has been working as a private detective. The always clammy Wilsberg urgently needs this income. In addition, he depends on the support of his friends, especially because of the car.

Berlin, an old building around the time of reunification. Squatter Bert is dead, suicide. His three ex-girlfriends Brit, Sandra and Anne search together for the reason. In the process, they become painfully aware of their different life plans.

The young student Angela meet her old school friend Miriam again since many years. While Angela is pretty and successful, Miriam became an ugly criminal predator. During the conversation, she secretly steals the wallet from Angela and a short time later, on the pretext that she has found her wallet, to ring the bell at her home. Together with her criminal friend, the two ambush Angela and tie her up. In addition to accusations of her beauty and success, she also has to endure a lot of torture.
