Biography

Daniel Stewart is an English actor born in 1967 and best known as the son of acclaimed actor Patrick Stewart and choreographer Sheila Falconer. Raised in a theatrical family, Daniel pursued acting professionally and trained at the California Institute of the Arts. Over the years, he has appeared in both stage and screen productions in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is especially known to science-fiction fans for appearing alongside his father in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The Inner Light,” where he played the son of Patrick Stewart’s character, Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Daniel also appeared with his father in the 1993 thriller Death Train and later in the sitcom Blunt Talk. In addition to acting, he has been involved in podcasting and is known for his interest in film history and World War II cinema.
