Hotaru Kusakari is married to Gorō Kusakari, and she works as a pharmacist. She holds a secret that she is really a ninja and part of the Kōka ninja clan. Her husband holds a routine job as a postal delivery man, but he has a secret as well. He is also a ninja and part of the Iga ninja clan. Even though Hotaru and Gorō are a married couple, they are each unaware that their partner is a ninja.

The city is filled with countless urban legends. Strange incidents that occur in the midst of these legends lead people into a labyrinth... It is the five young detective hatchlings who take on these difficult cases. Overflowing with intellectual curiosity, they make the most of their abilities. The seven short films making up GENIUS PARTY couldn’t be more diverse, linked only by a high standard of quality and inspiration. Atsuko Fukushima’s intro piece is a fantastic abstraction to soak up with the eyes. Masaaki Yuasa, of MIND GAME and CAT SOUP fame, brings his distinctive and deceptively simple graphic style and dream-state logic to the table with “Happy Machine,” his spin on a child’s earliest year. Shinji Kimura’s spookier “Deathtic 4,” meanwhile, seems to tap into the creepier corners of a child’s imagination and open up a toybox full of dark delights. Hideki Futamura’s “Limit Cycle” conjures up a vision of virtual reality, while Yuji Fukuyama’s "Doorbell" and "Baby Blue" by Shinichiro Watanabe use understated realism for very surreal purposes. And Shoji Kawamori, with “Shanghai Dragon,” takes the tropes and conventions of traditional anime out for very fun joyride.

A samurai from the Edo Period time travels to present day Japan where he meets a divorcee and her son. Soon, he discovers a passion for making pastries.

43-year-old business woman, Harumi. She lives with her husband, after their only daughter, Michiyo, married two years ago. One day, Michiyo is killed by her husband, Koji. Koji is sentenced to death. Harumi initially agreed with it, but starts thinking to stop the death penalty of Koji. Although her husband and all her family are strongly opposed to her decision, she keeps trying to stop the death penalty with the help of Koji's lawyer. Harumi had a secret of Michiyo that she doesn't want to tell anyone.

The musical was initially scheduled from June 25 to 30, 2020 at the Theatre1010 in Tokyo and from July 3 to 5, 2020 at the Mielparque Hall in Osaka but it was cancelled because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
