Set at the all-boys school Rokuto Academy, the story revolves around Hasukawa Kazuya a late arrival to the unusual Greenwood Dormitory, a former insane asylum.

On her way to school, high school girl Nana sees a train accident. Then Nana and her friend Kanae start to come across various bizarre phenomena, including red fingerprints and a female spirit who 'lives' on the station platform. Two 17 year old teens are hospitalized for different reasons. Ezaki suffers from Hepatitis A, while Akiba is due to a weak heart. The relationship between these two hospital patients soon blossoms into romance.
