R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour is a Canadian/American original anthology horror-fantasy series, with episodes each half an hour long. The series is based on The Haunting Hour: Don't Think About It Movie, and the books The Haunting Hour and Nightmare Hour anthology by R. L. Stine.

The adventures of the beautiful, enigmatic and always surprising Dr. Helen Magnus, a brilliant scientist who holds the secrets of a clandestine population called Abnormals—a group of strange and sometimes terrifying beings that hide among humans. Lawrence Salva's script centers on a detective on the trail of a murderer, who is led to believe that a local teenager, harboring some sort of strange supernatural power, may be involved. Slater plays a man of the cloth who aids the cop on his mission.

A narrative drama coming of age film about four teenage friends having one last wild night together in a hometown that they'll be leaving tomorrow and know they'll never return to. If they live to see morning, that is.

Excellent story about the love and friendship that exists between a young boy & his ferret.
