Teruko Utsumi (内海 照子, Utsumi Teruko, born December 6, 1983) is a Japanese screenwriter from Kyoto Prefecture. She is the co-representative of Lapintrack. After being part of Brain's Base and working as a production assistant and production desk, she left the company with producer Masakazu Watanabe. Together they founded Lapintrack on June 30, 201, where they both serve as co-representatives of the company. Besides, Teruko also participates as a screenwriter and is in charge of the series composition and scriptwriting of Lapintrack and other companies' productions.
