The hardships of the tribal community, living against the backdrop of a Paniya colony. These tribal people make root sculptures and indulge in agriculture farming for their survival. As the trailer proceeds, a blend of emotions and challenges faced by the community is depicted skilfully.

The film revolves around a young man who becomes an accidental witness to a crime. The narrative delves into his internal conflict as he struggles between his conscience and the fear of the repercussions of coming forward. It portrays the "whirlwind" (which is the literal meaning of Chuzhalikkaattu) of emotional and social turmoil that follows when truth is suppressed or manipulated.
