Andrée Dorns

A French musical comedy film, one of the many operetta films made in the 1930s. Rejected for the law after cheating with his fellow students, a frivolous youth gets a job as a notary in the provinces where he hires his girlfriend and they have a fine musical time.

An honest but naive young man is manipulated by a gang of crooks who use him as as a cover for their misdeeds. His honesty will be rewarded though and he will find the way to the heart of his beloved.

A former typist at a bank ,having married her elegant young boss and gone on a honeymoon, needs to return to work when the bank runs into trouble, and is separated for a while from her new husband.

A woman of the world has fallen in love with a metalworker, and one evening gives herself to him. Some time later, the worker becomes blind. One last time, he will touch with his hands the machines with which he will no longer work while the countess returns to her life of pleasures.
