"Mrs K" is a story of a woman who gives everything that she has to protect her husband and daughter when enemies from her past come hunting her.

When Mei Ling discovers that her daughter Kiki wants to further her studies in France, she takes it upon herself to learn French and earns more money so that she could accompany Kiki.

Set in a Malaysia National Service Camp, the film examines the sentiments of a female Chinese trainee as she is delegated to lead her multiracial female comrades against the backdrop of Malay-Muslim traditions.
