Sur Kshetra is a singing talent show or musical battle between teams of two neighboring countries: Pakistan and India aired simulcast on Geo TV, Sahara One, Colors TV, AAG TV as well as Rishtey. The show is hosted by Indian actress Ayesha Takia. The Pakistani Team is led by singer, music director, music composer, actor Atif Aslam and the Indian Team is led by music director Himesh Reshamiya. It is being shown on Colors TV and Sahara One in India, Geo TV and Aag TV in Pakistan and Rishtey TV in UK. The show hasbeen produced by Saaibaba Telefilms and Directed by Gajendrra Siingh under the creative production of Santosh Shendye. The creative Director of the show is Kshonish Palit and Associate Creative Director is Mohammad Faizan.

A married man has an affair with a married woman in this woman's house. When the woman's husband unexpectedly shows up with a bottle of acid, which he plans to throw on his wife's face, disfiguring her for life. The woman's lover quickly responds by taking out a gun and shooting at the bottle of acid, which is smashed and lands on the husband's face, disfiguring him. The man then shoots the husband, until he is dead. Both the woman and the man, bury the dead, disfigured body, and go about their respective tasks, not knowing that they have unleashed an unstoppable evil force that will spring forth to bring death and destruction to the man, his brothers, and his wife.

After the traumatic death of his brother, Inspector Ritesh finds that his niece has suffered a trauma and is unable to speak, while his widowed mother and sister-in-law are devastated by his sudden death. Then while apprehending some goons he finds himself surrounded by them and there is no way of calling for help. It is then a man named Marshal shows up and rescues him. Miraculously his niece also starts to speak. Ritesh finds this a good omen for his family and asks Marshal to stay on in their house, and even proposes that he marry his sister-in-law. What Ritesh does not know is that Marshal is a hired assassin and hit-man, and his next target is none other than Ritesh himself.
