After the unsuccessful attempt on the life of Baron Wrangel and the death of an intelligence agent, a new cunning plan is being developed to implement the "Crimean Mission". The best agent, Elena Golubovskaya, is appointed to this case. In Crimea, Golubovskaya appears already as El Ferrari - a gifted Italian poet. Her task is to eliminate Wrangel in order to demoralize the white movement, as well as control the operation to steal gold. Her plans are thwarted by Maximilian Ermler, a local newspaper journalist who turns out to be a British intelligence agent.

The peoples of the world has finally managed to agree on the most important issues on the planet and there was long overdue balance. Signed an agreement to terminate development of weapons of mass destruction, but in secret all the superpowers continue to build up military power on classified sites, which seemed never existed. Goodwin, a former commander of special forces, is tasked to collect his former people responsible for the mission. Events of the film take place in both hemispheres. Presidents of countries, bosses of drug cartels, special agents and powerful secret service agencies from all around the world are the first hand participants of its events. The film begins with an account of a shocking yet quite ordinary skirmish - an average drug kin pin is beating one of his assistants with a golf club with a purpose of educating him, because the assistant's cell phone was quite unlawfully confiscated by an overly diligent secret service agent. The mutilated gangster understands the incommensurability of his guilt and the level of his fault, and becomes the first character who asks the question: What do we know about the world we live in?

The main character of the film, Mikhail Perov, is a professional diver. In his past, he failed to become a businessman, and in the present, he has large debts because he is a gambler. One day, he receives a strange telegram asking him to come and help his old friend, Garik Sedykh. Without hesitation, Perov sets off on a journey. His younger brother, Alexander, accompanies him. Upon arriving in a small coastal town, Mikhail learns that his friend has been murdered. Before his death, Garik, who worked as a bodyguard for the thief-in-law Pereverzev, hid a case with the thief's cash in a complex underwater labyrinth. He encrypted the coordinates of the location with a code known only to Mikhail. Now, the main character must find the case and save his own life and that of his brother.
