The fifth incarnation of 'The Sooty Show' sees Richard, Sooty, Sweep and Soo start a new job as handymen at a seaside holiday park.

A raw young officer and a handful of desperate men. A thousand miles of enemy infested ocean: and a ship that would not die.

After twenty years as a struggling variety turn and then a prolific scriptwriter and television star, comic genius Marty Feldman found screen stardom with his very first Hollywood role in Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein. With his wife Lauretta as the power behind the throne, his rise and fall and decline is related through bittersweet memories of the past and intoxicated infidelities in the present.

Richard takes Sooty, Sweep and Soo to the seaside. Once there, they enter a talent show, help out on Mo's doughnut stall and ride the roller coaster, whilst being chased by a security guard! In true Sooty style, nothing goes according to plan in this feature length special!
