Takeshi Hongo is a promising young man with a passion for motorcycle racing. However, his dreams are suddenly ruined when he gets kidnapped by Shocker, the evil secret organization planning to dominate the world. After being remodeled into a cyborg, Takeshi escapes and swears to protect the world from the inhuman monsters.

Miyoshi Hayashi is one quirky high-school student who enjoys doing fun things that don't always quite make sense. Despite being hard to pin down, his mysterious charm never fails to draw others to him. In order to finance his activities, he sometimes helps out at his parents' restaurant, allowing him to continue living by his motto, "It's comfortable to have enough free time to waste."

At that time, Midori becomes pregnant. Midori and Masao decide to marry. While preparing for their wedding, they become more familiar with each other's background. Unlike Midori, Masao Minamisawa grew up in Tokyo and his family was wealthy. His father worked as a photographer and his mother was a doctor. He now works as a web designer.
