In 1999, advanced science and technology enriched people's lives, but the damage caused when they were misused for crimes or went out of control and went out of control was also great. The Special Rescue Police Winspector (abbreviated as WSP) was established to deal with such a situation. The Sky Force sends five highly trained operatives to participate in an experiment which will expose them to Birdonic Waves, resulting in superhuman abilities. But when the Earth Ship is attacked by Vyram, the majority of the Birdonic Waves are sent to Earth and find four unsuspecting civilians. Now, it's up to these four accidental super humans – Raita, Kaori, Ako, and Gai – alongside Ryu, the only original operative to receive Birdonic Waves, to defend their dimension against Vyram.

After the Winspector police team leaves Japan to fight crime in France, Chief Shunsuke Masaki realizes he must create a new police team to defend Tokyo from crime. He creates Solbrain – a high-tech special rescue force, expert in missions requiring rescue and firepower. Its leader is Daiki Nishio, a rookie detective who can use the Plus Up command in his car to transform into SolBraver. Other members are Reiko Higuchi, also able to use the Plus Up command to transform into SolJeanne, SolBraver's female counterpart; and SolDozer, a yellow bulldozer robot.

In 1966, five infant children were kidnapped by an alien group known as the Alien Hunters for the Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess, who wanted samples of humans from Earth to experiment on. The children were rescued by Mess' arch enemy, the Flash alien race, which took each one to a different planet of the Flash solar system for training. Each child was trained separately in a range of superpowers that will allow them to fight Mess, their bodies also adapted to the atmosphere of the Flash Solar System making them gain special abilities. When they finally return to Earth in 1986 to combat Mess, who is now trying to invade it, they use the opportunity to search for their birth parents.

A film adaptation of the Last Nanto General story arc from the manga, depicting the final battle between Kenshiro and Raoh that led to Kenshiro becoming the successor of Hokuto Shinken. Some events from the manga / anime have been excluded from the story (such as Raoh's fight with Juza) whereas others have been altered or expanded. New content featuring the final battle from Raoh's perspective have been added. This film serves as the follow-up to the first film in the series, which introduced Raoh and Reina's relationship, this time bringing it to a conclusion.

The Flashman find themselves protecting a puppy targeted by Mess due to it being the weakness of a chimera Beast Warrior.

Big Rally! Titan Boy! is the second movie of Choushinsei Flashman. It is a theatrical edit of episodes 15 to 18 (The Giant Robo is Worn Out, The Human Minimini Plan, The Mysterious Giant Reckless Car! and Big Turnaround! The Transforming Robo) with new and extended scenes.

Goggle V must prevent Deathdark from using their new laser weapon to destroy Tokyo. This movie takes place some time between episodes 8 and 14 of the Goggle V TV series.
