It was difficult to part in love, but they believe that they will definitely meet.

Based on Mykola Khvylovyi’s novel I Am (Romance). The protagonist of this unsettling film, a man with the strange surname Hlavkoverkh, is obsessed with a romantic ideal of freedom, for which he does not stop even at the execution of his own mother.
