Follow the adventures of fireman Sam and his colleagues as they protect the citizens of the Welsh town of Pontypandy. Whenever the alarm sounds, brave Sam and his co-workers can be counted on to jump into a fire engine, hop onto a helicopter, or even launch an inflatable lifeboat to battle blazes, mount rescue missions, or provide medical attention to those in need.
Thomas & Friends is a British children's television series, which had its first broadcast on the ITV network on 4 September 1984. It is based on The Railway Series of books by the Reverend Wilbert Awdry and his son, Christopher Awdry. These books deal with the adventures of a group of anthropomorphised locomotives and road vehicles who live on the fictional Island of Sodor. The books were based on stories Wilbert told to entertain his son, Christopher during his recovery from measles. From Series one to four, many of the stories are based on events from Awdry's personal experience.
Secret agents Anita Knight and Victor Volt protect the world from evildoers, who are primarily members of T.H.E.M. (The Horrible Evil Menace), headed by the ruthless Doctor Doctor. Backed by fellow U.Z.Z. staffers Professor Professor and Unit Commander Agent Ray Rocket, the pair works to keep the world safe. And in keeping everyone apprised of their progress, the agents always hijack "The Fluffy Bunny Show" -- much to the chagrin of Grandma and the pink bunnies who are supposed to star.

Thomas has gotten a special task. He is to deliver a lamp to Sodor's lighthouse, so the ships can make their way. Thomas is told that he must be very careful with the lamp and it must be delivered before it gets dark. Thomas takes the task very seriously, but cannot slow down when he is afraid that he will not get there on time. Suddenly Thomas discovers that there are works on the rails, but he is not able to stop. Thomas must collect a new lamp and once again heads off to Sodor's lighthouse. Will he get there in time?
On Sir Topham Hatt's railway, the winter season is a very special time of year and all the engines work extra hard to make the holidays special. But it's not always easy. Find out what could happen if the villagers on the island of Sodor don't get their Yule tree in time for the winter celebration.
