Encouraged by a film producer, two friends, Greg and Jonas, are writing a screenplay in a country house. As Greg's mind is distracted by his traveling girlfriend, Violette, Jonas decides to invite two girls to spend the weekend.
Alex and Chiara die in a car crash just after getting married. In the purgatory where they are now trapped, they are asked to make a decision : stay together or split up for good, as they are slyly advised in the afterlife.
