Biography
Candice Lam is a Chinese actress, fashion model and producer. Born in Macau, China. She is known for Blacklist (2019), Billions (2018), Gossip Girl (2022), Passing Rain (2017), and Now You See Me 2 (2016). Candice received BA degree in Theatre Arts at USC, studied classical theatre and Shakespeare at BADA in London.

Raymond "Red" Reddington, one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, surrenders in person at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
