Biography
Guruprasad is an actor and director in the Kannada film industry. His debut as a director was the 2006 film Mata which became a cult hit and his second movie as a director is Eddelu Manjunatha. He is known for portraying satire in a realistic way on the screen.
Known For

The Kannada version of the reality show where a number of contestants (known as "housemates") live in a purpose-built house and are isolated from the rest of the world. Each week, housemates nominate two of their fellow housemates for eviction, and the housemates who receive the most nominations faces a public vote out.

It was also reported that the concept of all these films could be traced back to the 1996 Spanish language Brazilian film Familia (also known as Segredos em Familia) in which a lonely rich man hires actors to act as his family members on his birthday.
