"Twisted Mirror" is a scream of relief from a young woman who sees her body considered "out of the standards" of beauty. The film challenges the definition of a beautiful body, showing that the sublime is found even in bodies considered aesthetically ugly. The work is a search for the filmmaker's self-acceptance in relation to her own body.
