Twenty animators from the U.S., Switzerland, Poland and China express their friendship with and love of animation in a series of animated variations on the standard countdown.

The film tells the story of a severe drought in a certain year. Farmers dug wells and repaired canals on the mountain to fight the drought, and left a doggerel on the mountainside: "We don't rely on the Jade Emperor, we don't rely on the Dragon King. We are the Jade Emperor, and we are the Dragon King." The sun read it and read it to Wu Yun, but Wu Yun didn't think so. This film was made by Shanghai Animation Film Studio and is based on contemporary events in February, 1964. It’s a retelling of how Mongolian sisters Long Mei and Yurong, ages 11 and 8 respectively, successfully walked nearly 70 kilometers after having been surprised by a blizzard while grazing their father’s sheep. Both girls survived with severe frostbite.
