Ichiko and Otoya are happily married, despite not having sex for the last two years. The secret to their happiness is Otoya's affair with Mitsuki, which Ichiko approves. Everything is going well until Otoya rejects Ichiko's advances on the night of their seventh anniversary. In shock, Ichiko seeks advice from her friend who suggests she exercise her right to have a boyfriend of her own.

Aiba Tsubasa has astounding mathematical powers. Umi eventually receives a successful transplant, but the donor possessed an exceptional memory and could never forget anything. As a result, Umi begins to inherit the donor’s memories, gradually being taken over by the donor’s personality. When Umi escapes the facility and seeks out his brothers, Tsubasa and Riku try desperately to protect him as the organization’s agents close in.

Seven women aged between 40 and 80 join the Leaf-Watching & Grand Mythical Waterfall & Hot Spring tour. The women chat, pick berries, take photos and generally enjoy themselves as they follow their unreliable guide to the waterfall. Then the guide disappears, leaving the women stranded in the woods. Thrown into an experience far removed from their ordinary lives, they become reflective. An open casting call was held to search for seven women over the age of 40. Acting experience was not required. Director Okita's screenplay comes to life when the cast's unique presence and talents combine with the characters.
