A new project of Kazakhstani cinematographers under the general direction of Yegor Konchalovsky, which is a feature film. It consists of 10 unrelated film novellas directed by different directors. In its form, the project repeats the French "Paris, I love you", the American "New York, I love you", the Russian "Moscow, I love you!".

The New Year's comedy "Aliens have nothing to do" is a collection of five stories that tell the fate of eight people. According to the storyline, all the stories are intertwined with each other and in the finale they will be united by a common thought about rethinking life values.

The film focuses on the evacuation of people from the regions of the USSR at risk of Nazi occupation to the eastern parts of the country. At the time Kazakhstan received around 1.5 million people and it is still the home for many of them. Two protagonists – Natalia and her daughter Galya – move east with the rest of the evacuees. In the chaos at one of the railway stations, Natalia loses sight of her daughter and goes to look for her in Almaty, which is overcrowded with evacuees.

However, the environment of the golden youth, where he got, turned out to be difficult. It tackles one side of the conflict between the child and his parents leading to his alienation and flight from home. What makes the teenager prefer romantic asphalt streets to the cozy parental home?

Beibut is a young musician who is confidently moving towards his dream. Getting used to the role of a father, Beibut tries to find a balance between creativity and family life. Everything goes well until he meets Zhul, a dancer who falls in love with him.

The film "She Bought a Kettle" vividly portrays the life drama of a girl named Aynur from the outskirts of Almaty. Subjected to violence and having lost faith in men, she is forced to abandon her previous life and job due to harassment. Now working as a home hairdresser, she struggles to find her own independence amidst poverty and solitude.

Masha is in love with good-looking Ram, who recruits girls for parties and rewards them with free drinks and a bonus for simply showing up. Unfortunately, by the time Masha recognises the predatory strategy at work here, it’s already too late.
