The virus causes people to mutate, with some delegates turning into women, others into trees, and so on. The agents tasked with uncovering the truth are K9, who is as clumsy as he is successful, and his beautiful and sexy partner, Agent Ayşe Kosovalı. This adventure, filled with clumsiness and absurdity, is a first for Turkey and even unique in European cinema.
