Biography
Annalisa is an Italian film director and producer based in Colombia who made several documentaries and short films in different regions of the world: Europe, the United States, South America, Iran, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan and Antarctica. In 2009, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue an MFA degree in Writing/Directing Fiction in New York. In 2011, she received the Directors Guild of America “Best Woman Student Filmmaker” Jury Award for her thesis short film “Alex”. Her films have been showcased at international film festivals, and in the MAXXI museum of Rome in Italy. She is also a screenwriting professor and a script editor.
