There is a huge uproar in the forest: Beaver’s teeth have been stolen. Detective Owl and his assistant Piglet are to investigate this mysterious crime. Several forest inhabitants appear to be possible suspects, but the guilty one is not so easily discovered.

An omnibus film consisting of ten parts, each directed by a different young director from the Latvian Academy of Culture. The unifying element of the ten shorts is the place where they take place - the airport. A lot can happen there - including a strike by a comet, a malicious attempt to break havoc by passengers, or an exploration of the old airport guard's house where not a lot has changed since the collapse of the Soviet Union. A mysterious memory game about the Master – Arnolds Burovs (1915-2006), the founder of puppet animation in Latvia – retelling his life’s story through archival footage, film imagery and newly-created animation, which transports the Master to the dreamland of Bimini.

On the first day of school, little musician Sienāzītis, disobedient Bombardētājvabolis, and Mēslu vaboles mazulis set off to learn about the world of insects under the guidance of teacher Skudra. However, it is much more interesting to explore a world full of dangers and surprises on your own, while also getting to know your friends, than to sit at a school desk.

A brown cacao ball and white marshmallow girl “from different shelves” accidentally meet at a confectionery. Neither the brown, nor the white relatives wish to accept the stranger of a different colour and try to cover the differences with either sugar or cocoa powder. Against all odds, friends find their land of happiness.

A man continues to throw rubbish into the forest, to the great annoyance of both the forest ranger and the forest animals, but when he refuses to stop, more drastic measures have to come into use – and this is where the forest ranger luckily gets the help of a dog, a cat and a mouse, who have had enough of the litter lout.

Andulis, a little bat, wakes up at the wrong time and discovers that he, unlike his fellow bats, loves sunlight and warmth. After making friends with Little Mouse, who looks almost like him, Andulis is surprised to find out that, unlike his own dwelling, Little Mouse’s house is not upside down.

To become a Sleep Master and be allowed to bring sleep to both beasts and humans, each dwarf must pass a test. Klomītis the dwarf fails this test. However, thanks to ingenuity, perseverance and good friends, he gets the chance to make up for his mistake.

While viewing the tower it suddenly begins to crook and frightened tourists rush to hold it. Their efforts are reported on TV globally, which is seen by "The Rescue Team" and so the men rush to save the tower and also the Latvian pensioneer…

No one knows how it happened, but not long ago a Latvian bear arrived on the Estonian island of Ruhnu. The islanders were really afraid. At first they tried to catch the bear, but were only able to find his footprints. Later they invited a professional hunter from Finland with a special bear dog. Still no success...

A story about a little piglet who prefers sweet, lazy sleep over engaging in any housework. He gets offended when his friends ask for help. Chatty magpie tells the little piglet of rich and generous relatives in the forest. Piglet believes the magpie and goes into the forest for the promised better life. But the dream turns into illusion and Piglet’s trip turns into a dangerous affair.

A simple but sweet story about a family of mushroom flies who try to keep "their" mushroom from ending up in a hunter's basket by using techniques such as repainting it, covering it with moss, and other tricks.
