A Minute with Stan Hooper, also known as Stan Hooper, is an American sitcom starring Norm Macdonald. The central character's name, Stan Hooper, was taken from Macdonald's work on Saturday Night Live, but the characters were vastly different. Once there, Henderson is confronted by the town’s mayor, Jake Manhattan (Chad Everett), who has stretched the truth about the town and Henderson’s role in it. Henderson quickly finds that social graces and physical laws are very different in the quirky desert town of Manhattan, AZ.
