Biography
Zhou Quan is a Chinese film director. A member of the China Film Directors Association. He has graduated as Master of Art Creation from American Film Academy, Bachelor of Media Communication from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He was selected for the Talent Training Camp of the Berlin International Film Festival, and the Golden Horse Film Academy in Taipei. His short films have been shortlisted for more than 30 well-known international film festivals.
