Gian Paolo Santini

A young European, Diego Medina (Carvell), joins the Mexican revolution and becomes a courier for Pancho Villa. He is captured and tortured by the Federales but escapes to the desert where he meets and joins a bandit named Malpelo (Fajardo) and his gang.

Holiday time in Corniolo, a resort 40 kilometres from Rome. In a recently opened hotel various characters sojourn and love stories begin and end.

The film, set almost entirely in New York, tells of the life of some young people of the late Sixties: of the use they make of various drugs, including the terrible LSD, of their sex life and their freedom of costume and thought.
