Boyd Rice may well be the only person alive who's been on a first name basis with both Charles Manson and Marilyn Manson. His career has spanned more than three decades, during which time he has remained at the epicenter of underground culture and controversy.

The beautiful registration by the RTBF of the 2002 concert at 'Le Cirque Royal' - Belgium on disc 1. On disc 2 a compilation of different documents: the 1996 Rockpalast show in Germany, a rehearsal in David's hometown Denver, an impression of the last US-tour in 2004, ...and finally a unique souvenir of what would turn out to be their last concert ever, July 17th 2004, Antwerp, Belgium.

The DVDs contain all of their videos, a few songs performed live (including a cover of Joy Division's 'Heart And Soul'), a handful of interviews & mini-documentaries, and songs mixed into surround sound (including another Joy Division song, '24 Hours'). These DVDs cover 16 Horsepower's career from 1993-2004.
