Biography
Stine Sylvesteren starred in the trilogy about Stine by Lise Roos, where she played the main role as the 8, 11 and 18 year old girl respectively. She started as a dancer and actress and was a member of the group "Nej på gulvet". Among other things, she starred in a play at Youth Center on Jagtvej. She then made radio broadcasts for the Copenhagen local radio station Radio Sokkelund. Stine Sylvestersen has worked with TV since 1992 and has a past at the local TV station TV-Stop. In 1996 she was hired by TV2/Lorry as a live reporter at major events, premieres and other events. Since 2008 she has been a studio host on "Set&Sket," "Brunch," and later on the program "Lounge."
Known For

The series follows the residents of an apartment building on Copenhagen's Christianshavn, as they go about their daily lives and challenges. There is Olsen, a mover with an old fashion view of the world, Clausen who runs the local pet shop, Egon the career focused assistant, their wives who work hard to keep their spouses lives together, the young couple Tue and Rikke who recently moved in, the hard working caretaker Meyer, who never puts in to much effort, and of course Emma, the innkeeper of Rottehullet, where all the important decisions are made while running up the bar tab. The series was produced by Nordisk Film for Danmarks Radio TV station between the years 1970-77. The series' first director was Ebbe Langberg, then Erik Balling and Tom Hedegaard respectively. The series was conceived by an author team of well-known Danish authors such Leif Panduro, Benny Andersen, and Lise Nørgaard.

Stine is now eleven and her life and world in a Copenhagen suburb's modern social housing is portrayed in episodes around her family, friends and school.

Stine is eighteen and has finished school. Her parents have are divorced, and the father has a new wife. Stine is not so anxious finding a regular job, She would like to be an actor.
